The Divorce Lawyer is now an e-book

The Divorce Lawyer, the latest blockbuster novel from C. E. Ayr, is now available as an e-book.

This time it’s Tartan Noir!

C. E. Ayr, writing in his inimitable dynamic and incisive style, presents The Divorce Lawyer, a cynical, darkly humorous mystery thriller in the best traditions of Tartan Noir.

He is wearing sunglasses.
In Scotland.
In February.
Indoors.
His wife and I stare at him in disbelief.
He carefully looks everywhere except at her.
His lawyer, on the other hand, has his eyes fixed on my client.

And so it begins…

The Divorce Lawyer is a new direction for C. E. Ayr, author of the acclaimed Sensei & Vidock series.
It tells a tale of love and violence, loyalty and revenge, corruption and conflict – and let’s not forget the deaths – set mainly in Ayrshire and Glasgow.

The Divorce Lawyer is available here at Amazon minimum price (£0.99 or equivalent):

About ceayr

A Scot who has discovered peace in a small town he calls Medville on the Côte Vermeille, C.E. Ayr has spent a large part of his life in the West of Scotland and a large part elsewhere. His first job was selling programmes at his local football club and he has since tried 73 other career paths, the longest being in IT, with varying degrees of success. He is somewhat nomadic, fairly irresponsible and, according to his darling daughter, a bit random. So, nobody’s perfect.

    You’ve nailed this new direction.
It’s a fine murder mystery, and with characters who are complex and satisfying.
And the ending… Well, that would be telling.
It’s well worth finding out for yourself!
