The Corridor

Well, this isn’t what I expected.
Although, if I’m being honest, I’ve never really given it much thought.
Hah, being honest, that’s a good one, something else I don’t think about too often.
I’m not what you’d call a model citizen, done some dodgy things in my time.
Anyway, I’m now ambling along this kinda featureless corridor, not sure where I’m heading.
Getting warmer now, I should’ve expected that.
Oh, seems like I’ve arrived.
Guess what, Satan’s here to meet me.
And he’s got horns and a tail.
Man, this is just too clichéd!
Uh oh, he doesn’t like criticism.

About ceayr

A Scot who has discovered peace in a small town he calls Medville on the Côte Vermeille, C.E. Ayr has spent a large part of his life in the West of Scotland and a large part elsewhere. His first job was selling programmes at his local football club and he has since tried 73 other career paths, the longest being in IT, with varying degrees of success. He is somewhat nomadic, fairly irresponsible and, according to his darling daughter, a bit random. So, nobody’s perfect.

You know demons, they can be really antsy. Take it back and ask for a seat on the lower shelves… heat rises, that’s all I’m saying. You do menace better than most, CE.

  2. Don’t diss the demons
