Chicken

What do you want to eat?
Don’t care.
Just pick something.
Okay, chicken.
We don’t have any.
Well, I want chicken.
Do you expect me to just vault that ten foot fence into the farmyard down the lane?
Mmm…
I don’t think so!
Got anything a bit like chicken?
No, but there’s a kindergarten next door…

Have you been listening in to our “pick up hubby at work” conversations???? I ask “what you want for dinner?” He almost always responds “Chicken.”… you could have pulled this convo from us. LOL! Love it! ❤

I almost sympathize given the noisy screams and squeals of having kindergarteners next door. Almost. 😂

  4. Dear CE,

You can’t be suggesting what I think you’re suggesting. Although there were times when my kids were small I understood why guppies ate their young. Just sayin’.
