Life & Love – Weekend Writing Prompt

endless by anelephantcant

A word prompt to get your creativity flowing this weekend.  How you use the prompt is up to you.  Write a piece of flash fiction, a poem, a chapter for your novel…anything you like.  Or take the challenge below – there are no prizes – it’s not a competition but rather a fun writing exercise.  If you want to share what you come up with, please leave a link to it in Sammi’s Comment Section

No reading again this week, so two stories for the price of one.

Life

I’ve decided to live forever.
An endless life.
Mind over matter.
Folk say I’m crazy.
But it’s working…

Love

I thought our love was endless.
She didn’t.
I changed her mind.
Well, actually I just killed her.

  2. Dear CE,

That’s one way to deal with unrequited love. I prefer a nice red wine and chocolate.

I get that. I was 27 when I decided to live forever. Well, here I still am. 🙂 I only kill them with my wit and humor. Putting up with that is proof of true love. Nicely done, CE.
